If found this posting in the Notes 5 forum with no response. I searched further with no luck. Is there a solution to this issue in Notes 6?

Any advice appreciated..

Is it possible to show a previous selection when using PicklistCollection in Lotus Script? Say for example you have a field that uses a picklist on a view. The user selects multiple documents. After clicking ok, they realize they forgot to select one document. Is it possible if they go back into the picklist that the documents they selected will show up as selected so they can just 'add to' their selection?
